Apple has updated Clips, the video editing iOS app that it launched in 2017. It is now in version 3.

You may be completely oblivious to the existence of Clips. Or you may be happy using iMovie or the Photos Memories feature to create movies based on your recordings. For the uninitiated, Clips is designed for Tik Tok generation who want to make impressive short video clips to share with friends and followers. Want to know more? Here’s how to use Clips.

The app allows you to combine video, photos and music into a movie clip that can be shared via Messages, Facebook or Instagram and so on.

Version 3.0 includes an upgraded interface, the ability to switch between portrait and landscape mode, and extended support for mouse and keyboard on iPad. A more detailed review of all news can be found in Apple’s press release here.
